PLEK wants to make your experience with PLEK as pleasant as possible, both in our stores as online. Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions for more information about our (web)shops, but don’t hesitate to e-mail/call us if you have further questions.
PLEK strives to deliver your order within 3 days in the Netherlands. After shipment you will receive your track & trace number by e-mail to follow your package along it’s trip. For other countries delivery may take up between 5 and 10 days, depending on the country.
We have two shipment methods:
–Shipment to a chosen location
Your order will be shipped by one of our shipping partners (Post NL, DHL, DPD and UPS), to your desired location. The costs of this shipment are:
– €4,00 for shipments within the Netherlands (under €75,00)
– €9,00 for shipments to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain and the United Kingdom
– €16,00 for all other European countries (excl. Russia)
– €23,00 for the rest of the world
–Pick-up in one of our stores.
You can also pick up your order in one of our stores. This is possible during opening hours (find them under contact). Please make an appointment by phone in advance, so we can make sure your order is ready. This shipment (ofcourse) is free of charge.

As long as your order has not been shipped yet, you might still be able to change it. To do so, please call one of our stores, and they will help you further.
You will be notified by e-mail during the dispatching process of your order. If you have an account, you can login and check your order status there.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track&Trace number by e-mail, which you can use to track your order.
If for whatever reason you wish to return your ordered item(s), you can do so, unused, within 14 days upon receipt. To make use of your right of withdrawal you should notify us within those 14 days by e-mail or post. You can find a standard form of withdrawal at the bottom of our terms & conditions page.
After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the undesired goods to one of our stores. This can either be done by post/courier, or in person in one of our stores. Returning your order by courier is at your own expense, and we don’t take responsibility for items received in error/bad condition. Returns an be adressed to:

You can also hand in your return at one of the above locations, during openinghours.
After we have received the returned item(s) in good condition, we will transfer the amount of the returned goods (incl. shipping costs) back to the same account used for payment. This will be done as soon as possible, but ultimately after 14 days.
With iDeal you can pay safely online via your bank. You don’t need an account. The following banks offer iDeal:
With PayPal you pay with your PayPal-account. This account can be linked to your creditcard or you can transfer money to your account to make payments. If you don’t have a PayPal-account you can use this option to pay with your creditcard.
